![]() ![]() The only time consuming thing here (as with every system) was finding the nointro rom set and then renaming videos and wheel images to match the xml file. I used Fusion as the emulator and it was a piece of cake to set that up in HyperlaunchHQ. "After Startup, Open Last game" option must be enabled, otherwise you will only get the BIOS screen. After you do that, exit the emu and select a game in HS and it should work. On first launch, FourDO will ask you to point it to the fz10.rom. If your bios file is called fz10_rom.bin, rename it to fz10.rom, it should be placed in the same dir as the emu exe. Time consuming stuff but finally got them all named properly and 4DO launched them perfectly. Then I had to edit the cue files of each of these so that they pointed to the proper iso name instead of "track1.iso". Thing that sucked about that was that there were some that had iso files in there that were named "track1.iso" and I was forced to rename those to the proper title (listed in the xml file). Once I got ahold of that, I needed to unzip all of them into a isos folder for 3DO. I ended up finding out there is a set called TOSEC and that's what you need for proper 3DO Hyperspin setup. This meant I needed to track down the isos of the 3DO games that I had that were bin/cue. I ended up using the 4DO emulator, but the problem was that it didn't load bin/cue only iso/cue. Once I got the proper roms I was pretty much good to go. I found the 158 set of roms and made sure they were the "nointro" set. This is the case for NES, SNES and Genesis too. Not only that, but the roms need to be a specific set of roms called "nointro" so that they will match the xml file from Hyperlist. I first found out that the MAME rom sets have a version number that they match so I needed to find a new set of roms to match my version of MAME (158). Naomi only works with the non-merged rom sets or bin files. These launch directly now, in the past we had to make "lst" files. I've added all 3 to a custom retroarch ahk and they all do work.Ītomiswave I have games that were converted to Naomi.bin files. Dreamcast has a beetledc_wince core as well now. I do Atomiswave with the beetledc core, Sega Naomi 1 can use the same core. Looks like he hasn't spelled the core name correctly to me. He should be playing the games in RA first, make sure they work before worrying about Hyperspin. bios, files inside the roms, chd or an outdated core, unsuported games and so on he will get an error for sure. just wanted to help the guy in his process Worked on my side but i only tested 2 games so i have no clue if this core is good or not. I added the line he was testing in the module (Sega Naomi|LibRetro_NAOMI|reicast_libretro) did a run test just to verify and make sure the line was not his problem ![]()
